Submitting a form sends a request for review. It does not confirm a price, appointment, arrival time, duration or staff member.
A job is only accepted when the team has reviewed the details and confirmed the next step with you. Weekend availability is limited, so preferred dates are requests rather than guarantees.
Quotes depend on the furniture type, number of items, package count, access, room readiness, parking, timing and any unusual instructions or missing parts. If the details change after review, the quote or appointment may need to change too.
Customers are responsible for supplying the correct furniture, instructions, fixtures supplied by the manufacturer, clear access, a safe build space and accurate information. The team may decline work that is unsafe, unclear, outside the current service scope or not suitable for weekend availability.
Payment terms, cancellation handling and any guarantee will be confirmed with the customer before accepted work goes ahead. Nothing on the site creates a confirmed booking by itself.
