Is a request confirmed when I submit the form?

No. The form sends a quote request for staff review before any appointment is confirmed.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

The request goes into the operations system for staff review. The team checks the photos, furniture list, access notes and weekend availability, then contacts you with questions, a quote or the next step.

How do I accept a quote?

For launch, acceptance is handled by replying to the team by phone, text, WhatsApp or email. Online quote acceptance is not switched on yet.

Do I pay a deposit?

Deposits are not taken automatically through the website. If a deposit or payment term is needed for a specific job, the team will confirm it with you before the work is accepted.

Do I need an account?

No. Customers can request a quote without creating an account.

Should I send photos?

Yes. Photos of box labels, instructions, the room and access route help staff review the job properly.

When are appointments available?

Appointments are weekend-only and are confirmed after the team reviews the request.

Are prices published?

Quotes are reviewed from the details you send, including item count, package count, access notes, photos, preferred weekend dates and travel distance.

Which areas are covered?

Your Ladies Assemble serves North Lincolnshire.

Ready to request a quote?
