How it works

Send the job clearly. The team reviews it before confirming.

No account, no instant booking and no pressure. Use the quote form to show what needs building, where it is, and when you would like it done.

The route

Five simple steps.

The form is designed to replace the back-and-forth of several texts. The more you add up front, the easier the review is.

1

Add the furniture

List each item in the basket with quantities, product links and notes. Mixed home jobs are fine.

2

Get an estimated guide

The quote engine uses the basket, postcode, package count and access notes to show an estimated range before you send.

3

Accept or edit

If the estimate looks right, accept it and submit. If it does not, go back and change the basket or notes first.

4

Staff review and claim

The enquiry appears in Notion as pending staff review with the estimate, job details, location, timing and contact preference.

5

Confirm the booking

Once staff accept the job, the customer and assigned team member receive the confirmed details by the preferred contact method.

What helps most

Photos, product links and honest access notes.

Useful details include box labels, instructions, room space, package count, delivery status, parking, stairs and whether the space is ready to build in.

Weekend work

Appointments are reviewed around weekend availability.

Preferred dates are helpful, but the form does not confirm a slot by itself. The team checks capacity and suitability first. Deposits are not taken automatically through the website.

Business requests

Property, office or multi-item work has a separate form.

Business enquiries collect contact details and one clear message only. They do not receive an automatic upfront quote.
