How enquiry details are used.

Your Ladies Assemble collects the information you send through the quote and business enquiry forms so the team can review the job, respond to you, plan weekend availability and keep an operational record of the request.

This can include your name, phone number, optional email for request copies, postcode, furniture details, product links, photos or files, access notes, preferred dates, consent records and basic source attribution such as whether the visit came from a poster, card, referral or search result.

Operational records are stored in Cloudflare services including D1 for request data and R2 for private uploads. Notion may be used as the staff workspace. Resend may be used for notifications. Google Calendar may be used for confirmed appointment planning. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to protect forms from spam.

Information is used only for enquiries, quote review, customer follow-up, job operations, security, record keeping and service improvement. It is not sold.

Request and job records may be kept for up to six years where needed for customer service, accounting, legal or operational reasons. Test submissions and duplicate records can be removed sooner when they are no longer needed.

You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your personal information where the law allows. Use the website enquiry route or the public phone number on the quote page if you need to raise a privacy request.
